Role Description

The Senior Brand Specialist is responsible for leading the development, execution, and monitoring of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to drive growth, visibility, and consumer engagement. This role manages end-to-end brand operations, from market research and campaign planning to sales coordination and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing brand strategies, annual plans, and campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Managing product launches, promotions, and marketing activations both online and offline.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, digital, creatives, events, and trade) to ensure brand alignment.
  • Overseeing budget planning, monitoring, and ROI analysis of brand activities.
  • Building strong relationships with licensors, retailers, agencies, and other partners.
  • Monitoring brand performance through KPIs such as sales, market share, awareness, and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Brand Strategy and Brand Management
  • Strong skills in Communication and Branding
  • Experience in driving Sales initiatives related to brand management
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
