JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Digital PR Specialist will lead the internal digital PR and influencer engagements of Fly Ace brands, working with brand management team. He/she will also serve as digital PR point person for Marketing team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PR MANAGEMENT

  • Plans, leads and manages internal digital PR/influencer campaigns that will improve the image and perception for different brands of FAC. Leads coordination, negotiations and monitoring of execution and results of the campaigns, working closely with Brand teams and Communications Manager.
  • Manages and oversees paper works (with Marketing Assistant), processes and workflow of the different internal PR campaigns
  • Evaluates campaigns vs. set objectives and benchmarks, ensuring objectives are met; prepares campaign post report and learning recommendations
  • Scout and evaluate opportunities for new internal KOL partnerships and other related internal digital PR activities, aligned with brand objectives
  • Prepares competitive monitoring report
  • Regularly shares best practices in digital PR/influencer campaigns and digital contents that can be applied in FAC's campaigns

OTHERS

  • Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Communications Manager

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • College Degree, preferably a graduate of Communications, Marketing, Advertising or Business Management/Administration
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in communications, preferably handling digital PR or influencers
  • Has strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Has strong analytical skills and an ability to draw accurate, useful conclusions from quantitative information
  • Can demonstrate ability to manage up and across the organization (both internal and external)
  • Has strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Has high sense of urgency (agile and can work well in a fast-paced environment)
  • Willing to grow and take up more responsibilities as needed by the business.
