JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, or in-person visits

  • Present and explain ROSEHALL's services to prospective clients

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads

  • Generate new clients and keep customer records updated

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for client engagements

  • Organize and support sales and marketing events and meetings

  • Promote and invite participants to public seminars and webinars

  • Maintain and update client and venue databases

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and seminar opportunities

  • Coordinate logistics for seminars and webinars, including preparation of event kits

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Industrial Engineering, or any related field

  • Sales experience (1 year) is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Familiar with Canva or Adobe Photoshop (preferred but not required)

  • Knowledge or training in ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, is a plus

  • Skilled in online research and information gathering

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision

  • Trustworthy, resourceful, and highly motivated
