Position Overview
The Sales Executive / Client Consultant will drive business growth by building strong client relationships, providing insights on food trends, and recommending new menu ideas that incorporate Healthy Basket products. The role requires a proactive, knowledgeable, and client-focused professional who can work both in the office and in the field. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the wellness, foodservice, or F&B industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in restaurants, cafes, commissaries, and wellness food establishments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to increase repeat orders
- Prepare and present proposals, product samples, and menus to potential and existing clients
- Negotiate deals and ensure timely follow-ups
Food Trend Consulting
- Stay updated on current food trends, new menu ideas, and industry innovations
- Recommend new menu items or product applications to clients using Healthy Basket products
- Work with clients to customize solutions that fit their brand and menu concept
- Provide insights on consumer preferences, seasonal trends, and competitive offerings
Field Visits & Client Engagement
- Conduct regular on-site visits to clients for relationship building and consultation
- Collect market feedback and client insights for product development and marketing teams
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends in the wellness and food industry
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate sales and client engagement reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and billing
- Track sales KPIs, trends, and opportunities for growth
Marketing & Product Support
- Support marketing campaigns by providing client insights and feedback
- Assist in implementing promotions or product demos at client locations
- Collaborate with marketing to suggest campaigns aligned with market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or account management in F&B, wellness, or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of food trends, menu innovation, or culinary applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and client-focused
- Comfortable with fieldwork and client site visits
- Analytical and organized, with the ability to summarize insights and opportunities
Work Setup
- Location: Pasig City
- Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm; flexible for field visits
- Reports to: Owner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
