About the Role:

Are you a people person with a knack for numbers and helping others achieve their financial goals? We're looking for a Business Development / Sales Associate who's ready to grow their career in finance In this role, you'll help clients find the right loan products, build meaningful relationships, and drive business growth for our expanding team in Alabang.

What You'll Do:

  • Reach out to potential clients and promote our loan and financial products.
  • Guide customers through the loan application and approval process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to hit monthly targets.
  • Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to grow the business.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or loan processing (banking or financial services experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and team player attitude.
  • Eager to learn, driven by results, and confident in building rapport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
