Training Specialist

- Support client and its valued merchants through acceptance drive awareness in store acceptance training, mystery buyers, acceptance memo validation and acceptance manual guide, and sticker collaterals.
- Conducts basic and intermediate acceptance training for merchant head office, cluster head, store/branch head, and cashier managers/supervisors.
- Ensures the attendees per class and batch achieve 100% learning and retention in acceptance.
- Providing report & analysis of acceptance training activities eg. number of attendees, acceptance challenges, distribution of training collaterals, etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience in facilitation and training
- Bachelor/ Related Degree
- Good grasp of Microsoft Office applications particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
- Must be able to able to work independently and a team player
- Willing to work in Paseo de Roxas Street, Makati City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
