Job description

  • Stream Regularly: Conduct live streaming sessions on various platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming), with a focus on maintaining a consistent schedule.
  • Engage Viewers: Build and engage a community of viewers by interacting with them via chat, responding to comments, and hosting Q&A sessions during streams.
  • Monitor Analytics: Track viewership data and other analytics to evaluate the success of streams and adapt content strategies to grow your audience.
  • Moderation: Ensure that the chat and online community remain positive, respectful, and free of inappropriate behavior by utilizing moderators or moderating the chat yourself.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with trends in the streaming industry and stay informed on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices for creating high-quality live streams.
  • Collaborate: Work with other content creators, brands, and teams to collaborate on joint live stream events, promotions, and partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in live streaming or content creation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and entertain an audience.
  • A passion for online entertainment and community-building.
  • A good understanding of social media marketing and how to leverage platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok to promote streams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a regular streaming schedule.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and handling technical issues during live broadcasts.
  • A positive, engaging personality with a strong desire to grow an online presence
