About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our dynamic marketing team at IG Evolution Corporation. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in implementing our social media strategy and creating engaging content to help strengthen our online presence and connect with our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Create and curate visually appealing and on-brand content, including graphics, videos and written posts
  • Monitor social media analytics to measure the performance of content and campaigns, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and capitalize on trending topics and industry news
  • Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new and innovative social media ideas
  • Assist with the maintenance and updating of the company's social media channels

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and familiar with social media management tools
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
