We're looking for a creative, organized, and social media-savvy Social Media Associate to join our team In this role, you'll help grow and engage our online community by creating compelling content, managing our social platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns. You'll play a key part in shaping the brand's voice and driving digital engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate, and schedule daily content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities
  • Write engaging and on-brand captions and posts
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and native platform insights
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social efforts with broader campaigns
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Assist in creating reports that highlight growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficient in social media platforms and tools
  • Strong eye for design and visual storytelling (graphic design or video editing skills a plus)
  • Passion for social media trends, culture, and community engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
