We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) health & wellness company scaling internationally with fulfillment in the U.S. and global remote teams. Currently completing a major NetSuite implementation, we are seeking a strategic CFO in Manila to take ownership of financial leadership, system optimization, and AI-driven profitability analysis.

This is a rare opportunity to join a U.S. founder-led company preparing for a future exit and needing a forward-thinking CFO to guide financial visibility, discipline, and growth.

Role Overview

The CFO will take over the final phase of our NetSuite implementation and closeout, working closely with our NetSuite project manager and developer. From there, you will optimize the platform for forecasting, reporting, and cash visibility across all areas of the business.

This role goes beyond accounting. We are seeking someone with deep commercial finance experience in DTC or BPO environments—someone who can connect unit economics, CAC/LTV, supply chain costs, and AI-powered financial modeling into actionable strategies.

You will own profitability tracking down to the SKU, channel, and campaign level, shaping bonus structures, investment decisions, and exit planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead NetSuite closeout and optimization, ensuring reporting, controls, and forecasting are fully functional.
  • Partner with our project manager and developer to train internal teams and document workflows.
  • Build financial models capturing profitability by SKU, channel, and campaign.
  • Align with the CEO and Head of Growth on CAC/LTV, retention, and cash flow levers to drive decisions.
  • Design bonus programs tied to measurable profitability outcomes.
  • Implement AI-enabled reporting and forecasting tools to future-proof finance.
  • Prepare the company for exit readiness: audit preparedness, investor-grade reporting, and governance.
  • Manage banking, treasury, tax, and compliance in coordination with global advisors.
  • Mentor and develop the finance team across Manila and South America.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior finance leadership (CFO/VP Finance/Controller).
  • Proven background in DTC/e-commerce or BPO/outsourcing.
  • Direct experience leading or optimizing NetSuite (implementation closeout is a strong plus).
  • Advanced financial modeling and knowledge of unit economics, contribution margin, and CAC/LTV frameworks.
  • Comfort with AI-driven analytics, automation, and data integrations.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, founder-led, global remote team.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred.
