We are looking for a Reliever for General Administrative Support to join our team on a project-based engagement. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Assist in filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Coordinate meetings and manage schedules
  • Handle office communications and correspondence
  • Support other departments with ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Can work independently and adapt quickly to new tasks
Contract Details:
  • Type: Project-based / Fixed-term
  • Duration: 5 months
  • Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
