We are looking for a Reliever for General Administrative Support to join our team on a project-based engagement. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to day-to-day office operations.
Openings available for Alabang, Bacoor, Bgc
Responsibilities:- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist in filing, documentation, and data entry
- Coordinate meetings and manage schedules
- Handle office communications and correspondence
- Support other departments with ad hoc tasks as needed
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Can work independently and adapt quickly to new tasks
- Type: Project-based / Fixed-term
- Duration: 5 months
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
