We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Professional to play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies that build our company brand and drive growth.

The responsibilities of the Marketing Professional include (but not limited to):

  • Supporting the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing initiatives for premium and mid-market real estate projects,
  • Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and vendors to deliver marketing materials, events and campaigns on time and within budget,
  • Ensuring brand consistency and supporting sales-driven activities, and
  • Works with minimal supervision while adapting quickly to project needs.

Qualifications:

Work Experience: experienced in Real Estate Marketing or related fields

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in brand management and marketing production processes
  • Strong coordination, event management and organizational skills
  • Can work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fast-learner, proactive and detail-oriented
