The Sales Professional is responsible for promoting and selling the company's insurance products and services to individual and corporate clients. The role focuses on identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and building long-term relationships to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients and follow up consistently.

Sales and Client Engagement

  • Present and explain various insurance products (life, health, non-life, investment-linked, etc.) to clients based on their financial goals and protection needs.
  • Conduct client assessments to determine suitable coverage options and create customized proposals.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process — from initial contact and presentation to policy issuance and after-sales service.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring timely updates on policy information, claims assistance, and service inquiries.

Performance and Reporting

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to branch or regional performance goals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and client activity updates for management review.

Compliance and Professional Conduct

  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Keep abreast of new insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and continuous professional development initiatives.
