Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and effectively detail pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve territory targets and company goals.
  • Conduct regular territory coverage, including face-to-face calls and virtual interactions.
  • Submit timely and accurate sales reports and market insights.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training, field audits, conferences, and development programs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in pharmacy, nursing, medical technology, business administration, or any allied health-related course.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a professional attitude.
  • Must be willing to undergo comprehensive paid training for 2–3 weeks.
  • Willing to travel and be assigned to nearby territories when needed.
