About the role

As an Agency Leader at Allianz PNB Life Insurance, Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a high-performing sales team. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate a team of insurance agents in the Metro Manila region, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Recruit, train, and develop a team of talented financial advisors
  2. Set and monitor sales targets, and provide coaching and support to help the team exceed goals
  3. Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth
  4. Analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, recognizing and rewarding top performers
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales management or leadership role within the insurance industry for at least 3 years
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  4. Thorough understanding of insurance products, regulations, and sales best practices
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  6. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
