About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Leadership & P&L Management: Oversee the financial and operational performance of the Philippines office, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Strategic Business Development: Focus on farming existing relationships and expanding local opportunities.
  • Team Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a senior figure, nurturing talent and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Client & Market Engagement: Leverage industry expertise and networks to secure new pitches and strengthen existing partnerships.
