About the role

Join the dynamic team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. In this full-time role based in Metro Manila, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the smooth daily operations of the restaurant. You will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and inventory management
  2. Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers
  3. Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
  4. Supervise and motivate the restaurant team, providing training and development opportunities
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies
  6. Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improving profitability
  7. Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  8. Assist in the overall management of the restaurant's budget and finances

  2. Strong leadership and people management skills
