The Restaurant Assistant Manager oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures smooth service flow, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and strict adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage shift operations (FOH & BOH) to maintain service and product quality.
  • Conduct opening/closing duties, including cash counts and sales reconciliation.
  • Supervise, coach, and train staff to ensure discipline, grooming, and performance.
  • Act as the point person for guests—handling feedback and resolving complaints.
  • Support inventory control by monitoring usage, reducing wastage, and assisting in stock checks.
  • Drive service excellence and upselling to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • College level education preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' progressive experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and cloud-based POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square).
  • Proven leadership experience supervising 5+ staff.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to be assigned across Metro Manila branches.
  • Physically fit to stand long hours and lift up to 25kg.
