This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager based in Molito in the Alabang area. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing inventory and supplies, and handling customer inquiries and feedback. The manager will also develop strategies to increase sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Hire and train staff; manage performance and development.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to meet restaurant needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Customer service and customer satisfaction skills.
  • Experience in hiring and training staff.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
