Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Assistant Restaurant Manager based in Molito in Alabang area. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing inventory and supplies, and handling customer inquiries and feedback. The manager will also develop strategies to increase sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Training Staff
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry standards
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
