We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM 1) to support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and performance targets. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of service, safety, and efficiency across all areas of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in meeting Key Results Area (KRA) targets through effective daily operations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance; recommend and implement action plans for business channels and new product launches.
  • Ensure store readiness for new product rollouts and lead related production and cascade activities.
  • Manage cost controls by monitoring variable cost plans, developing stock forecasts, and preparing monthly inventory reports.
  • Act as the Food Safety Compliance Officer and Safety & Security Officer of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
  • Oversee facilities and equipment maintenance programs.
  • Contribute to team performance by participating in the evaluation of ARMs, Shift Controllers (SCs), and Management Trainees (MTs).
  • Conduct Basic Operations Training certification as part of the People KRA.
