  • Analyze and interpret project requirements to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for price negotiations, quotations, and procurement requirements.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures, and provide regular financial progress reports.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and control to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to validate material quantities, verify progress, and check compliance with approved specifications.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, progress claims, variation orders, payment certifications, and final accounts.
  • Provide value engineering solutions and cost-saving recommendations to optimize project resources.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all financial and contractual matters for audit and reference purposes.
  • Perform such other related duties and functions assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
