Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines Design Coordinates Inc Full time ₱360,000 - ₱420,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and manages cost estimates, ensuring alignment with the project construction budget.
  • Collaborates with the Construction Project Management Team (CPMT) to prepare bid documents and conduct bidding processes.
  • Manages the tendering process, including the thorough evaluation of bids received.
  • Generates procurement updates and cost reports during the pre-contract phase.
  • Serves as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) for pre-contract works and a Cost and Project Engineer (CPE-CE) for post-contract work.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in contract administration.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be a graduate with a bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or any related course.
  • Must be a Licensed Engineer/Architect.
  • With at least three (3) to nine (9) years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Estimator in the construction industry.
  • Knowledgeable in PlanSwift Software.
  • With experience in construction management and experience handling high-rise residential buildings
  • The applicant who can start ASAP will be given high priority.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City.

Note: This office setup does not include staff housing, so it is preferable for someone who can commute from Makati City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
