The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for calculating and managing all cost-related aspects and contractual dealings in construction projects to ensure the project is completed within the projective budget.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: graduate of BS Civil EngineeringLicense

Requirement/ Accreditation (if any): Licensed Civil Engineer

Years of Work Experience (Relevant to the Area of Professional Expertise):

With at least 2 years experience in Quantity Surveying

Competencies (Knowledge / Skills / Attitude): Has knowledge Quantity Surveying, Bill of quantities, Detailed Unit Price Analysis and Work Breakdown Structure

Skills: Communication (written and oral), MS Office (MS Word/ Advance MS Excel and QS tools and estimating software, analytical and critical thinking skills, negotiation and financial report analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
