Key Responsibilities:

A. Daily Routine Tasks

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates according to company standards.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assessments with department heads.
  • Ensure timely processing of hiring approvals and offer letters.
  • Filing and Maintenance of Documentation
  • Maintain updated 201 files and digital HR records.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of HR documents.
  • NPI Claims
  • Process and monitor Nestlé Productivity Incentive (NPI) claims in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Ensure timely submission and proper documentation for all claims.

B. Scheduled Work

  • Performance Analysis and Development System (PADS) – Semi-Annual
  • Coordinate the implementation and submission of PADS evaluations.
  • Monitor deadlines and provide support to department heads.
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA) – Annual
  • Consolidate TNA submissions from all departments.
  • Assist in planning training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • HR Masterlist Update – Monthly
  • Ensure monthly updating and validation of HR masterlist for payroll and compliance purposes.
  • Milk Code Refresher (EO 51) – Quarterly
  • Coordinate and facilitate required refresher training sessions in line with Executive Order 51.
  • Ensure compliance and documentation of attendance.
  • HR Activities Execution – Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and documentation of internal HR activities (e.g., CSR, employee engagement, trainings).

C. As-Needed Tasks

  • Employee Onboarding
  • Facilitate onboarding orientation and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements.
  • Monitor integration process of new hires.
  • Public Relations
  • Represent HR in company events and community initiatives.
  • Assist in internal and external communication of HR activities.
  • 201 Preparation & Filing
  • Prepare 201 files for new hires and updates for current employees.
  • Ensure 201 folders are complete, up-to-date, and audit-ready.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative work
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Familiarity with government-mandated benefits and compliance requirements
