We are seeking a passionate and results-driven HR Specialist for Recruitment (Junior Level) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities — from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating onboarding and employee integration. This role requires frequent travel to recruitment activities and events across Central, Northern, and Southern Luzon to support talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process - job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer management.
  • Conduct and participate in out-of-office recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus hiring, and provincial recruitment drives across Luzon.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Handle pre-employment requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Promote the company's employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably within the food and beverage, retail, or service industry.
  • Experience in bulk or volume hiring is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for recruitment activities across Luzon, soon in Visayas.
  • Must be willing to report fully on-site in BGC, Taguig City.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and recruitment platforms
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
