We're hiring a Marketing Manager
Pasig | Pay Rate: ₱55,000–₱65,000
Be part of Toby's Sports, Runnr, and urbanAthletics as we grow our retail and ecommerce presence nationwide. The Marketing Manager will lead data-driven strategies, integrated campaigns, and performance marketing to drive traffic, revenue, and customer engagement across all three channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead omnichannel marketing initiatives (online & offline)
Drive brand exposure through PR, events, and partnerships
Oversee performance marketing (SEO/SEM, Ads, EDMs)
Collaborate with operations & category teams to meet sales targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Comm
4+ years in marketing & brand management (retail preferred)
Strong experience in digital platforms (FB Ads, Google Ads, Analytics)
Skilled in leadership, project management, and communication
