JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:

  1. Product Development and Management of Liability Products

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develops and executes strategies:

(a) to grow the bank's liability products portfolio by delivering innovative deposit and

investment products leveraging on the bank's various distribution channels,

(b) to maximize business yield from the bank's digital and telesales channels through

customer acquisition and deepening for existing clients, and

(c) to continually provide relevant product and channel value proposition to the target market;

  1. Builds data management and customer insighting capability to strategically utilize information

as inputs to products and channel development;

  1. Optimizes budget and resources in executing business and marketing plans in order to

achieve operational excellence and efficiency;

  1. Leads and oversees a team of bank officers ensuring coaching, goal alignment, talent

development, and performance monitoring while fostering a positive and collaborative work

environment;

  1. Coordinates with various internal and external stakeholders to fulfill requirements for specific

initiatives, programs, or projects;

  1. Applies high standards of process quality control, regulatory compliance, risk management.
