Major projects range from tourism development planning, branding, product development, partnerships and digitalization. Our digitalization initiative transformed into a proprietary tourism digital platform-LovePH.
Love PH is the company's banner product which is scheduled to be launched in Q12026. In collaboration with the Department of Tourism, we have designed a seamless and multifunctional online travel agency where visitors to and in the Philippines can plan, book and pay for their travel needs in one single app. This core product of Positive Exposure aims to revolutionize and transform the tourism industry through its unique and customized features.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead strategic campaigns that grow the LovePH brand and its partner ecosystem. You will spearhead creative communications, digital activations, and integrated marketing plans that drive platform adoption and engagement.
The Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and business growth. This role requires owning end-to-end campaign planning — from market research and audience segmentation through to creative development, budget management, performance tracking and continuous improvement. The manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives and will be responsible for analysing campaign results and ROI, scaling what works, de-scaling what doesn't, and presenting insights to senior leadership. A key requirement is a proven track record of generating measurable growth through implemented marketing campaigns and initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for LovePH's tourism products and partners.
- Manage digital and traditional media placements, PR coordination, and content strategy.
- Lead performance tracking, analytics, and campaign reporting.
- Develop partnerships and co-branding initiatives with tourism stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a growing marketing team aligned with LovePH's brand vision.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business growth and brand objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, content, events, and traditional advertising).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Lead the creative development and implementation of marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and strong ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and operations) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and mentor marketing staff and external vendors or agencies.
- Maintain a proven track record of achieving business growth through successful campaign execution and brand-building initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing or brand management; tourism or digital platform experience preferred.
- Proven track record in campaign execution and measurable growth outcomes.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Clickup) and comfortable with budget management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage external agencies/vendors, and drive implementation.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns, adapt to changing market conditions, and continuously optimize performance.
