We're looking for a dynamic and strategic HR leader to join our team as Head of HR This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR strategy, people management, and organizational development within the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning - Develops and implements HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Employee Engagement - Develops and implements programs to boost employee morale, motivation, and retention.
  • Performance Management - Designs and implements performance management systems to ensure employee performance meets client and business expectations.
  • Training and Development - Creates and implements training programs to enhance agent and leadership skills.
  • Employee Relations - Provides guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Benefits and Compensation - Designs and implements competitive benefits and compensation programs.
  • Compliance - Ensures compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Budgeting - Manages the HR budget and ensures effective use of resources.
  • Reporting and Analytics - Provides HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR certifications preferred but not required
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HR, with more than 10 years in a leadership role in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) space
  • Strong background in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development (L&D) equivalent to HR Director or Senior HR Director capacity
  • Proven track record of managing high-scale and fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, think strategically, and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility - Amenable to work onsite (Taguig), middle shift
  • Preferably someone who can start immediately but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php350,000.00 per month
