Position Overview

The People Engagement Intern will support both internal and external engagement efforts at Payreto by assisting in the planning, monitoring, and execution of projects, events, and activities. This role involves facilitating key initiatives within the company, helping to establish and manage strategic partnerships, and contributing to university-affiliated outreach programs. Additionally, the intern will conduct research to identify potential partners, as well as gather and analyze data to assess the impact and effectiveness of engagement activities, providing valuable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

Academic Partnership

  • Assists in the development and implementation of academic partnerships, including researching and identifying potential partner institutions and reaching out to them to establish relationships.
  • Helps coordinate and plan events and activities related to academic partnerships, such as campus visits and information sessions.
  • Collaborates with academic departments and faculties to identify areas of potential collaboration and to develop joint research, educational, and other initiatives.
  • Assists in the preparation of materials and presentations for meetings with potential partners and for internal meetings to update stakeholders on partnership activities.
  • Helps gather and analyze data on partnership activities and outcomes and prepares reports on the results.
  • Provides administrative support for the academe linkages team, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
  • Attends relevant conferences and networking events to represent the organization and to build relationships with potential partners

Employee Wellness and Engagement Activities

  • Assists in preparation of activities and logistics of company events and team buildings.
  • Facilitates engagement and wellness programs and events.
  • Initiates meetings for the development of department activities and initiatives.

Rewards and Recognition

  • Assists in tracking and distributing vouchers for awards and recognition to the
  • employees.
  • Collaborates with team leaders to plan employee rewards and recognition programs
  • Assists in compiling the team lead's submitted awards.
