What The Role Entails
Some of the key responsibilities of our Production Coordinator will be:

  • Team member role with oversight and general supervision responsibilities
  • Advocates for and applies Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to project needs
  • Leads sprint and milestone planning sessions in collaboration with the Game Producer, ensuring alignment with project priorities
  • Facilitates Sprint retrospectives to evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Tracks production progress and collaborates with the Game Team and Game Producer to proactively address and resolve issues
  • Maintains and updates JIRA to ensure accurate resource planning and provide a comprehensive project overview
  • Supports the Game Producer in coordinating key activities such as certification, translation, marketing, and sales deliveries
  • Oversees the Game Production process and effectively liaises with stakeholders in the Game Producer's absence

  • Proven experience or relevant qualifications in Project Management (or similar roles)
  • Exceptionally organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines effectively
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Charismatic communicator with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative team player, adaptable to diverse work environments
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
