Are you passionate about sports? This is your chance to join the pioneering fantasy sports company in the Philippines As our Event Manager, you'll bring outstanding marketing ideas to life on the ground and collaborate closely with professional athletes and sports leagues.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Strategic Vision & Planning

-Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each region.

-Build and maintain relationships with local sports bars, venues, and partners to execute impactful promotional events.

-Conduct in-depth research to understand regional markets and plan targeted marketing events.

B. Event Execution

-Plan and execute events, including regional marketing campaigns.

-Manage logistics, including site selection, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.

C. Financial Oversight

-Negotiate contracts with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and implement financial controls to ensure budget compliance.

-Optimize event budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

D. Performance & Analytics

-Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of events in terms of brand visibility, customer engagement, and business outcomes.

-Analyze event data to generate insights and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications

-5+ years of proven experience in planning and executing successful events (on-ground) ; agency experience is a plus.

-Strong strategic thinking, creativity, flexibility and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency in event management software and tools.

Additional Information

-A basic understanding of the differences between each region in the Philippines.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English

  • Passion for basketball or other sports is highly preferred.

  • This position requires traveling to the site for on-location inspections before the event execution.

  • Eligible for transportation and travel allowance.
