1.1. Responsible for planning, organizing and supervising one or more human resources functions including recruitment/selection, placement/compensation, employee programs and employee benefits.

1.2. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

1.3. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  1. Duties and responsibilities:

3.1 Compensation and Benefits

· Administers and implements compensation planning & salary reviews quarterly.

· Leads compliance with legal requirements.

3.2 Labor Relations

· Provides counsel and advice regarding employee discipline.

· Keeps abreast on Labor Standards and Labor Laws and ensures compliance.

3.3 Employee Services and Events / Communication

· Plans, proposes and implements new events to promote camaraderie, sportsmanship, and work-life balance.

· Installs programs that shall provide the best service and customer care to all employees.

· Communicates policies and procedures and all information needed to be shared to all employees clearly and effectively making employees understand and engaged.

· Develops and rolls-out communication plan.

3.4 Performance Management

· Set up, manages and implement performance evaluation effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php65, Php70,000.00 per month
