Policy Development

  • Identify, create, review, modify/revise HR policies, processes and procedures.
  • Timely cascade and implement HR policies, processes and procedures.
  • Keep the employees aware of the changes, improvements and other important announcements and management direction through issuance of memo and other communication channel.

HR System

  • Responsible for the support and maintenance of the company's HR Information System
  • Maintaining data integrity in systems by regularly monitoring and analyzing data

Employee and Labor Relations

  • Evaluate and resolve complaints, incident reports concerning possible violations of the Company code of discipline.
  • Draft and issue HR memorandum (NTE, Notice of Admin hearing, Corrective Action Plan, Case Summary and Notice of Decision)
  • Administer administrative Investigations on employee cases in accordance with Labor laws.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with statutory regulations (e.g. Health and safety standards).
  • Represent the company with DOLE and other Government Organizations Agencies a required.
  • Review contracts with third party contractors and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.
  • Facilitate the offboarding process and conduct exit Interview.

Administrative, Facilities and Vehicle Management

  • Ensure a clean and orderly office environment.
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
  • Review and approve vehicle request and repairs adhering to policy.
  • Ensure adherence to the Policy of Company Vehicle from acquisition, repair, maintenance, transfer of ownership and bidding process.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in human resources management / business administration / law / management or any related courses.
  • With at least 5 years working experience in Human Resources Management functions in an FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing Industry Setting.
  • Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Decision-making, Planning and coordinating procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
  • Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Maintains the HRIS database to oversee the departmental management.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay Area
