About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Remote eCommerce Manager to support our Australian retail operations across Bunnings, Harvey Norman, and Big W online platforms. You'll be responsible for managing listings, promotions, pricing, and sales performance to help grow our brand's online presence and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and content on Bunnings, Harvey Norman, and Big W.
  • Ensure all product data and images meet retailer and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with Australian teams for promotions, inventory, and pricing updates.
  • Monitor sales performance, fulfilment, and stock levels across all accounts.
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience managing eCommerce accounts — ideally with Bunnings, Harvey Norman, Big W, or other Australian retailers.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor portals, listings compliance, and product data management.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working remotely with Australian clients or teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with product feed or eCommerce tools (e.g., ChannelAdvisor, Shopify, Salsify, Neto).
  • Background in hardware, home improvement, or consumer goods.
