Exciting Opportunity: Disbursement and Treasury Officer

Are you passionate about financial management and eager to play a vital role in ensuring smooth cash flow operations? Join our dynamic team as a Disbursement and Treasury Officer, where you'll be at the heart of our company's financial efficiency, overseeing cash disbursements, bank transactions, and petty cash requests with precision and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Face of Our Financial Operations: Conduct bank visits for deposits, withdrawals, and document processing, maintaining detailed and accurate records of every transaction.
  • Keep Cash Flow Seamless: Monitor daily cash balances to ensure operational needs are met, proactively identifying and resolving potential discrepancies.
  • Reconcile and Resolve: Reconcile bank statements efficiently, spot issues early, and escalate concerns for swift resolution.
  • Ensure Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all cash activities, including receipts and payments, to support transparency and compliance.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various departments to facilitate timely payments and financial requests.
  • Generate Critical Reports: Assist in preparing cash position reports and other financial summaries that keep leadership informed.
  • Stay Compliant: Uphold a strong understanding of financial regulations and ensure all cash management activities adhere to company policies and legal standards.
  • Support Treasury Functions: Contribute to other treasury-related tasks as needed, gaining broad financial experience.

Who You Are:

  • Candidate should have their own motorcycle, making bank visits more efficient.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in treasury, disbursement, or cash management is highly valued.
  • Well-versed in banking operations, cash handling, and disbursement procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work accurately under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of bank processes.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with banks and internal teams.
  • High integrity and attention to detail in handling sensitive financial information.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday
