The Loans & Disbursement Unit Head is responsible for leading and managing a team of receivables and disbursement specialists to ensure efficient processing of AR purchases, disbursement requests, and retail loan applications. The Supervisor will work with both internal and external customers to identify potential issues and recommend ways to mitigate them.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides strategic direction and leadership to the Loans & Disbursement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Mentors and develops team members, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies aligned with the organizational goals
  • Oversees purchase of account receivables and processing of loans, ensuring prompt and effective responses to client inquiries and concerns

Manages the end-to-end process of loan operations

  • Handles LOG retail takeout concerns including facilitation to bank personnel in conducting site inspection/orientation
  • Coordinates constantly with concerned external partners to ensure faster take-out turn-around time and strategizes to mitigate operational bottlenecks
  • Ensures regular coordination with other financing institutions to reconcile loan balances and ensure compliance with collateral documents, affecting the release of take-out proceeds related to buyer's loan application

  • Coordinates with the Treasury Team on the application and renewal of credit line facilities based on the management's funding requirement, which also includes:

  • Monthly debt servicing procedure and or collateral redemptions with banks

  • Logistics requirements and takeout activities

  • Collaborates with external partners to validate remittance and disbursement requirements and documentation

  • Continuously assess and optimize disbursement processes to enhance efficiency and ensure provision sufficiency
  • Fosters positive relationships with clients to enhance overall satisfaction
  • Generates reports on loan origination activities, providing insights to leadership on key performance indicators
  • Ensures that all monthly reports are submitted on time
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • With exceptional organizational, customer service, and account management skills
  • Proficient in MS Applications particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 3 years of similar experience gained from the mortgage or real estate industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mandaluyong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
