BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for managing the company's cash flow, fund allocation, and banking transactions to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations. The role oversees cash management, payment processing, and bank relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and mentor treasury staff, promoting accuracy, efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
  • ·Supervise daily cash position, inflows, and outflows to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and purchasing requirements.
  • Oversee disbursements, check preparations, and online fund transfers, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and cash collections from depots, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Manage credit lines, loan schedules, and fund placements, ensuring optimal utilization of company resources.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions for account management and funding support.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies related to treasury operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in treasury, cash management, or general accounting, with 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow management, fund forecasting, disbursement controls, and bank reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
