Job description:

  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about eyewear products, services, and promotions.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and promptly.

  • Support sales staff in ensuring smooth branch operations and positive customer experiences.

-Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Qualifications :

  • At least SHS graduate

  • With experience in Sales

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Customer-service mindset: patient, empathetic, attentive to customer needs.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • With Complete Mandated Numbers (SSS, PAG IBIG, PHILHEALTH,and NBI)
