About the role

This is a fulltime remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) role with AUXILIA INC', supporting the Aetna healthcare account. The role is based in Talisay City, Cebu and offers the opportunity to work from home. This is a great opportunity for newbies to the call centre industry to gain valuable experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service to Aetna healthcare customers through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, and processing customer requests
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Following all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  5. Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide empathetic and professional customer service
  2. Familiarity with call centre operations and customer service best practices
  3. Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate various software applications
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. A team player attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  6. Fluency in written and spoken English
