Location: Cebu IT Park
Shift: Shifting sched-Onsite
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a healthcare account serves as the first point of contact for patients, providers, and insurance members. The CSR handles inquiries, resolves issues, and provides accurate information related to health plans, medical billing, claims, authorizations, and other healthcare-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from members, providers, or partners regarding healthcare services.
- Provide information on health insurance plans, benefits, eligibility, claims status, billing, and authorizations.
- Assist customers in navigating healthcare portals and tools.
- Process and resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
-At least HS/SHS Graduate
-With or without Experience
-Excellent Communications Skills
Salary and Benefits:
-14,500 (SHS Grads), 15,000 (College Grads), basic salary for Fresh grads, depending on how good they are during the interview. + 2k NTA
-20, 610 Basic plus 2k NTA = 22,610 max Package (Depending on the BPO exp of your candidate)
-Account allowances which will be discussed during the offer process
-20% Night Diff
-HMO day 1
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16, Php23,000.00 per month
