Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and identifying future hiring needs.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with department managers to develop job descriptions, collaborate on employment needs, and share job postings across various recruitment platforms.

Additionally, you will evaluate applicant knowledge and skills, conduct background screenings as required, and prepare employment offers. Your expertise in hiring and retention strategies will be invaluable in promoting employee satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify employment needs and candidate requirements
  • Develop job descriptions in conjunction with department managers
  • Post job openings on various recruitment databases, social media, and online employment forums
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews with suitable candidates
  • Evaluate applicant knowledge and skills, along with work experience, to select the strongest candidate for the position
  • Conduct background screenings as required
  • Prepare employment offers and assist in onboarding new employees
Requirements:
  • Graduate of BA/BS in human resources, business, or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Proficient with applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of employment law, both state and federal
