Job Summary:

Responsible for achieving the sales targets of the assigned team and managing the Sales Engineers under his/her supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements operational plans and objectives aligned with established sales strategies.
  • Formulates and executes sales plans to achieve target sales volumes and departmental goals.
  • Reviews and adjusts pricing strategies to maximize profitability and improve competitiveness in bids.
  • Oversees the group's promotional and advertising activities as part of the overall sales program.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruits and assigns qualified sales personnel to effectively serve current and prospective clients.
  • Ensures continuous training and development of sales staff.
  • Coordinates with other departments to resolve credit and collection issues.
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Sales Manager.
  • Preferably with sales experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment, or laundry machines.
  • Goal-oriented with strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
