Position: Sales Manager – Mindanao

Location: Mindanao, Philippines

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing sales accounts and assist the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
  • Develop new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars, and trial mixes to clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular sales calls, timely product delivery, and resolving customer inquiries or issues.
  • Develop and sustain business in Key and Mega Projects.
  • Review and redefine technical specifications and product limitations as necessary.
  • Monitor sales operations for every customer, from order placement to delivery.
  • Oversee the collection of receivables and manage sales invoices and delivery receipts.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Team to provide technical support and ensure achievement of key project sales objectives.
  • Monitor customer-handled products to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of technical specifications and construction project requirements.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Mindanao to meet clients and manage projects.
