Job Summary:

  • The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance in a manufacturing facility. They strategically manage scheduled maintenance, inspections, and performance testing while leading a team of Maintenance Technicians and coordinating engineering projects and equipment upgrades. The role also demands advanced troubleshooting skills to minimize downtime, strict adherence to OSHA and safety protocols, and diligent reporting to drive continuous operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a valid engineering license.
  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems, including the ability to interpret schematics.
  • Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, and training capabilities.
  • Thorough understanding of OSHA guidelines and industrial safety practices.
