DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintains, troubleshoot and repairs RTG and STS cranes to ensure its reliability, efficiency and to prolong its serviceability, checks-up the general structure as well as the mechanical systems.
  2. Undertakes preventive maintenance of crane equipment by strictly following the schedule.
  3. Assists in the repair of reusable spare parts.
  4. Conducts the actual inspection of crane equipment before its operation for safety purposes.
  5. Prepares monthly status report of cranes.
  6. Prepares and submits engineering reports as may be required by Superior.
  7. Adheres to safety and health standards at all times.
  8. Assists the electrical supervisor in the computation and submission of  monthly electrical power consumption connected in loan meters.
  9. Prepares AUTOCAD electrical design drawings of TEFASCO port.

  10. Assists the Electrical supervisor in addressing the electrical-related concerns of  other TEFASCO facilities/equipment.

  11. Performs other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
