Job Summary:

Oversees, directs, and coordinates the maintenance, procurement, vendor management and health and safety functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages the EHS Department to ensure the establishment of health and safety policies and procedures which will ensure compliance with company, customer, and government regulations within any of the following functions: health and safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental protection
  • Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and cost conscious management
  • Facility management and maintenance including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, environmental and janitorial disciplines
  • Maintains the positive image of our facilities and grounds for our customers, our employees and our stakeholders
  • Establishes, maintains and improves our total productive maintenance program for asset management centered on CMMS
  • Project management execution in a cross functional environment with multiple customers and direct conflicts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Requirements:
  • 7 to 10 years' experience in facilities management, Experience in project and vendor management, Experience in Procurement, Experience in health and safety management, Ability to adhere to deadlines, Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Education Requirements:

Degree in Facilities Management/Business Management or Engineering,Certification in project management, Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH)

Physical Requirements:

Frequently required to stand, reach, bend, sit and/or walk during scheduled shift. Occasionally exert up to 35 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Must have manual dexterity and visual acuity to safely use necessary tools/equipment. Must have visual acuity to prepare and analyze data and/or to view a computer terminal. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
