Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implements company policies and building rules and regulations during an assigned shift

  • Routinely monitors maintenance and operation of all systems and housekeeping activities during each shift. Performs minor routine maintenance as needed.

  • Performs a variety of skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities if needed in assigned maintenance operations area

  • Implements company policies and building rules and regulations during an assigned shift

  • Performs a variety of skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities if needed in assigned maintenance operations area

  • Effectively communicates relevant information to other sections and hand over plant status/problems

  • Coordinates and assists third party contractors and suppliers in conducting preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance

  • Point of contact with other departments for any facilities related problems

  • Responds quickly to facilities requests via email and updates requestor as to request status

  • Records and prepares daily shift report and status

  • Works closely and coordinates with their superior for improvement opportunities within the sites

  • Performs other duties as assigned/required

Education & Experience:

  • Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, but preferably College graduate of any Engineering or Technical courses (mechanical, electrical, air conditioning)

  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in facilities maintenance with building/property management

  • Experienced in handling and implementing equipment preventive/corrective maintenance
