I. JOB SUMMARY:

The Facilities Engineer is responsible in managing building structure and monitoring; repair and maintenance; utility and meter reading and billing; maintenance team supervision and other responsibilities.

II. PRINCIPAL DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Building structure monitoring

· Checks and monitors the entire building regularly.

· Checks all electrical lines, power room and transformer at the rooftop.

· Checks the water lines and make sure there is no leaking.

· Monitor the cleanliness of the rooftop especially the drainage weekly.

· Monitors the Generator set and ensures warm it up for 30 minutes every Monday.

· Checks the escalator every day and facilitates preventive maintenance once a month.

· Monitors the cleaning filters of the cassette type air con unit every week and air curtain every three (3) months. Monitor the cleaning of air con unit every two (2) months.

· Checks every year emergency lights and replace lights and replaces its damaged batteries.

2. Repair and maintenance

· Canvasses and purchases materials for repairs and maintenance.

· Supervise renovation, repairs and maintenance works.

· Safekeeping of building materials and equipment.

3. Utility and meter reading and billing

· Reads and reviews electrical and water meter, prepares billing statement of lessees in accordance with the approved schedules, i.e schedule for electricity billing in every 29th day f the month, every 10th of the month for the water, every 5th day of the month for the aircon, every 10th of the month for pest control.

4. Maintenance team supervision

· Schedules, supervises, monitors the skilled workers, i.e carpenter, electrician and plumber.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
